I told him not to sell that item for such a ridiculously low price because it is extremely rare & slime bloods are currently being worn by TMO members. So you can blame me Clever. Sorry for the inconvenience. If we get extras in the future things could change.

There's nothing wrong with you voicing your opinion about the price of the items considering you have an amount of stake within those transactions but you should not be taking the blame or even trying to, in the end it's Eccezan who is at fault for not honoring previous agreements. It's called good business practices. Fortunately for you we are talking about pixels because in real life there are laws that would get someone pulling this sort of thing into very big (expensive) trouble.

To all you young lawyers posting above: unless Eccezan specifically promised to hold the item and sell it to him at 375k there was no contract. The story I hear is that he was saving up to meet the 375k price. People tell us every day that they are saving up to get such-and-such item. That doesn't mean we've agreed to hold it for them at that specific price.
