I'm pretty sure any server without reliable cheat detection, especially a red server, would have been an enormous hackfest. It's not specific to VZTZ.

VZTZ created the first hack detection, meaning all the /gate /warp /zone /speed /target across zone etc was useless and got you banned. I was the only one to find the map in all zones offset (for science of course) besides maybe Bodu. Hacking had limited effect on gameplay besides the zonecmd delete packet fiasco

yeah, if you actually put it in context where we were trying to test end game resists, the experience rate was really too slow

I'm 50, I didn't mind the grind - I mind having 100 ppl on peak times.

And yes, that exp rate for a beta was fucking retarded - grats on taking over casts job since he's left though.

The exp rate for beta was 10x normal, I was dinging 5 times per kite. It wasn't too slow, you're crazy. Also you could just ask Null to insta ding you 50 after a while. I don't understand you guys sometimes.

First 50 rogue actually, but it's just not viable for casuals.

3rd edit sorry - too be completely honest I probably couldn't get a rogue to 50 currently on the server. I was with the first wave of ppl and a pre formed guild of buddies who literally carried me while I was useless. I'm still fairly useless at 50 but no way average grps would put up with how shitty rogue dps is unless you're twinked.
