Code:
09[14:57] <Uthgaard> as far as i'm aware it's the first time anyone's done it. it doesn't really serve any purpose in most situations, even the best mem blur is unreliable, and if successful, doesnt do much for the encounter. imo, just deal with the actual problem, the player who did it.

Im confused where this came from? Memblurr may be unreliable, Im not an enchanter, I don't know. I cant imaging less than a 25% success rate. As for what it does to the encounter - it instantly complete heals the dragon. So.....thats a problem.

It was so much more cute when you spelled it wrong.

Ah I forgot they had that script to instantly heal them on a 0 combatstate. The success rate varies by spell. But dealing with the player who did it still seems like a sufficient resolution to me.

I agree for this first instance of it happening, however it has been a week now and it has been ignored. Instead of dealing with it everytime maybe something can be added so that you cant memblurr raid mobs?

The script can be rewritten with a short timer before the heal to full happens fairly easily to prevent it happening on a memblur.
