Shes not ugly. Just saw her picture. I think the dude is homo, or just doesn't want attachment. Roommates don't normally hook up. Makes shit too confusing and turns out bad.

Well, to be fair it's not like the male gender has a long, distinguished, history of making good 'long term' decisions in situations where the penis is prominantly involved.
