^ i got drunk one night and followed a guy around for 25 minutes for not letting him up any elevators, got a 24 hour suspension. After that i moved on to sowing level 1s making the turn off the bridges, they dont expect the speed increase and over turn, falling to their death.

What is really fun is drinking in EQ getting really drunk then being sowed and trying to navigate kelethin moving left and right all over the place

What level mobs does the decreased spawn timer effect? Are mobs in zones like CB Guktop Unrest Befallen etc all popping at 180% normal rates?

seems to only be newbie zones. Dungeons seem to be on the actual timers.
