All you did is send me a link to download an ISO of a windows trial version, and you expect me to risk getting both of our accounts banned over that? It has nothing to do with the plat.
After I learned it may be against the RMT rules to exchange plat for “services”, I told you I would ask the GM’s for approval... and I did so in the same thread that I made the offer in. GM responded and made his ruling that I can’t pay plat for that sort of thing. So I then offered to send you $5 RL cash on an app like Fiver or something, and you refused... demanding that we work out some kind of deal for a half price discounted fungi tunic or other items.
I’m not going to try to circumvent a GM’s ruling and try to out smart or get around their rules and risk getting us both banned in the process, all because you want 20k for sending me a PUBLIC link to a windows trial version.

I also asked then if you cant pay 20k, you would do a bard power level or monk powerlevel and you said yes, but then never did it for the same 3 hours that you owed me. Did i ever get a response, nope.
