The leadership of AM is cool as shit. There is just a bunch of reknobs in the guild because they are too nice.
AM doesnt cheat, scumbag or dilly dally (non dilly dally in being the most important). Everybody follows the rules, to the best of their abilities and get suspended when they dont. Obviously not including the outliers, who break the rules and hope it works out... lookin at you, Obama..

With the rather large size of guilds you need for Velious content I don't think its avoidable. Good leadership can keep people in-line most the time. That's they key.

Seems to be a lot of agreement that AM leadership needs to change hands to someone who has a more healthy outlook on life and p99 in general.
