I can see an agreement being made between AW and Aftermath. But CSG better not be a part of it. ONLY because they don't even show up to try. They complain until Sirken hands it to them.
This is just a ploy to get awaken and aftermath to get in trouble so that Sirken can ban them. Then CSG can get dragons.

Stalling rules never made sense to me. It's okay to pull ToV dragons to zone in but not targets like Trakanon or Venril Sathir.

Tracker rules are equally inane. Why have limits on the numbers that can camp out on a boss if CoTH is allowed anyways? Isn't CoTHing in a raid force pretty much equivalent to just camping on the boss? It creates a situation where everything is pulled to zone in because players won't want to be flagged as 'trackers' if another dragon pops after a clear is started.
