Stalling rules never made sense to me. It's okay to pull ToV dragons to zone in but not targets like Trakanon or Venril Sathir.
Tracker rules are equally inane. Why have limits on the numbers that can camp out on a boss if CoTH is allowed anyways? Isn't CoTHing in a raid force pretty much equivalent to just camping on the boss? It creates a situation where everything is pulled to zone in because players won't want to be flagged as 'trackers' if another dragon pops after a clear is started. | ||
