Red99 maxes out on what you can contribute to a guild at 100% raid attendance. If Agatha is drugged out of his mind leveling up his 16th character at 4 am on a Tuesday morning that is his own deal. You can't transfer that "hard work" and get compensated for it with raid gear.

u think me working on my 16th character is all i do? lol, i can name over 70 people that have personally achieved level 60 while in my grp, meaning they had everything they would ever need, gaining the most exp they'd ever get, meaning they where min maxing.
thats just the exp i help people with that i gain from aswell, what about the epic raids i lead, the small quest stuff i lead like BoBs and stuff, What about the faction groups, weird. It's almost like if i didn't set up all 16 of my characters at every spot. the guild would basically die due to new recruits not having anything to do. Since you only log in the 2 hours for the raid.
Why do you think the guilds die everytime i leave? i create a huge vacume, just trying to get a port when im in your guild, and not in the guild is a huge deal. getting around norrath jumps to 0 as soon as im not in your guild. Why do you think tempest was at such high numbers when i was in it and after i was kicked its steadily declined? there is noone filling the gap during the day. they have lost half the membership. You simply cannot replace agatha and jupe on this server, remove them from your guild. it ends up dieing out eventually as soon as the people picking up the slack in the vacume we left die out.
