every few years ill patch live and run around for about 10 minutes before logging out again and I still have all of my classic models turned on

I have no idea why people persist with this. What exactly is the competition when raids aren't instanced? It's just a massive time investment that most people (including myself) have zero desire to put into a game.

Believe it or not, loads of people don't like dealing with the competition.

Luclin models weren't awful, just the animations were and the contrast of detailed player models against less detailed mobs and triangular trees made everything look terrible. When they introduced new models, they should have introduced new everything all at once or not at all.

IMO people that enjoy the Luclin models have poor taste in art.
