You are argueing to do just that to other people. Not to mention the only reason the law was put into legislature in NC and passed was because it was it was a rider (piggy back) with a tax increase bill they wanted to pass.

Are you honestly serious you have the right to run around policing people based on what you particularly perceive their gender to be? because your going to get it wrong too many times and your going to be surprised at how wrong you are.

What your doing and promoting is unethical and horrible evil.

There is no way to know for sure who is a man or woman in an ethically safe legal way beyond accepting what A. Doctors, and B. the people themselves say, that in combination together is a fine fine standard for safety and reasonable expectations of privacy for everyone. Laws shouldn't be made targeting peoples gender, either. That's like going back to pre-1950's womens sufferage levels of ignorance.

the sad thing pgerman is your feeding into that government shadow by refusing to awcknoledge that people should just use the bathroom that seems normal to there gender and presentation for their own safety and the safety and comfort of others. Like we have always done. We don't need a big fuss about it from a minority of religious and angry patriarchal bigots.

When I started transitioning I tried to walk into the mens bathroom several times only to have women think that I was just making a mistake and grab me and tell me I was using the wrong door.

You people boggle my mind and I'm going to exit this thread with that thought, you can't even control how other people perceive me.

That is wrong no matter what it is and whos doing it to who.

Transexuals who are going to do the surgery and hormones and transition know themselves and self diagnose. We don't really have a proper support system to help us find out were trans. Other trans people who just do drag and cross dress are a totally different group IMO. Though it's important they don't get thrown under the bus just for the sake of all the LGBTWTFBBQ letters.

But to be honest I was a super repressed transphobic homophobic child, but I kept telling my doctors I was trapped, and I wasn't free, and I couldn't be myself. I went through a lot of horrible shit that I did to myself because the world hated women and were I grew up in the trailer trash deep south women were treated like shit and dissed on a regular basis. Needless to say anytime I acted out in a way that didn't fit the masculine stereotype or in my case at all because of child abuse I was traumatized basically into being a complete PTSD shut in. The doctors didn't have a fucking clue I was trans or could figure it out. I didn't understand myself till I looked back on my childhood and life and realized that wanting to be a girl and praying to be one at puberty wasn't fucking evil. If I had a safe happy environment I probably would have just expressed as a female at a young age without anything else. Anyway I had to argue and fight with my doctors to transition. I had to prove to them. They were my gatekeepers and wouldn't have let me transtion if I didn't speak for myself. No one sat around saying girl. I had a few people yell at me and tell me I was a guy and a horrible demon though. Thanks for telling me who I am just like you think is wrong.

My own biological identity etc didn't match with the bits I was born with, not to mention intersex hormones and possible fragile X/Y cauzing intersex characteristics.

Anyway. I figured it out for myself and I decided to transition because I couldn't live with myself the way I was and I was tired of being forced to live that way because "survival, poverty, safety".

The reality is people will learn who they are naturally and if we create an environment that tells people they are horrible for being women (just like your saying is bad)
