It would be a fallacy to not allow people to name the perpetrators and the cheaters. Name and shame IMO.

flood the raid zones and desync until the gm's actually gm. Because this is not about the guilds. It is about the staff not wanting and/or having the balls to manage the server and implement fixes.

Everyone is unhappy with this system. Traditionally, that is when a GM would step in, or, modifications would be made to encounters.

Both of those options were ruled out by Sirken. Basically, telling the high end, "We do not care."

Maybe these guys started working for Daybreak? because they got the attitude down.
