The grounds Nizzar was being banned on 2nd time around were pretty weak. He had no decision over loot, that was Vaporize and Tune, while Vaporize managed the guild bank under lock and key. Yes he disrespected Derubael, but he knew very well what was going on and what the intention was when the ban hammer was raised in his face.

Every week all dropables were listed and made available for purchase with plat to fund potions, peridots and port stones (sadly to fund Holocaust's startup too).

Tune was permabanned on ALL his characters for using a gaming keyboard to spam a hotkey for his cleric on a timer yowl.... Set up by Rhettiwalk, who is a known RMTer, told that it was safe and petitioned after it was used...

I only talked to vaporize once in teamspeak when i was in good guys, it just so happened i brought up nizzar and RMT

he told me there was no rmt in nihilum and i didnt know what i was talking about

the next day he got banned for RMT

Meh he tried to RMT my necro off me when Nizzar took a break, I didn't think much of it at the time, but apparently he approached everyone for a 60 Necro in Nihilum. Not interested in selling even if I permaquit tbh. If I ever sold out I would prolly donate half of it to the server, but honestly, what's the point? For the amount of time I've put into it, I wouldn't be getting a return worth my time, so I would rather sit on it.

Holocaust should have never been spanked so hard and Nihilum shouldn't have either.

Why should anyone who values competition play on a server who's wars are dictated by the poorly informed whims of interfering GM's who *always* get exposed later to be more fucked up than the players they police?

If history is to be respected, as it always should be, some upstart no-name is going to be promoted to GM this server and he's going to drop a deuce on Gongshow and it's going to ruin Empire, all because the person who promoted him doesn't know how to screen candidates and ended up promoting some psycho with multiple personalities who has an axe to grind but is just sociopathically charming enough to talk his way into the position.
