Actually caring about something just means you have an interest in it. Caring FOR something is different from caring ABOUT something. So yes you can care NEGATIVELY about something meaning you want it to not exist or to go away. You, at that point, have an interest.

If you didn't care (meaning had no interest either way) you wouldn't want them to go away and you wouldn't loathe them (severe dislike is a type of interest).

Consider red if you remember TMO on blue and want to actually stomp them without adhering to absurd PVE rules.
