Just to clarify Syft, since Colgate is also a University it is not considered a name violation. It doesn't matter what Colgate's intentions are by naming his character Colgate or what his avatar shows. I could name my character Green after Tom Green but it wouldn't be a problem since there are other meanings for the word green, even if my avatar was Tom Green.

Burgerking is not the same and was played by a retard with no respect so it was an easy decision to change his name.

It doesn't matter what the naming policy is. If someone is being racist like that they will be dealt with. Some things are up to GM discretion and aren't going to be found in a rule book. These things are then harped on by people like Syft because they need everything spelled out for them or want to use these insignificant rulings to justify why he loses at a 16 year old video game.
