my real point is none of them would give up leadership. the only way would be for all 4 guilds to merge into 1. the only problem is the only people i could see to make that work would be Gardur, Exed, or myself as co leaders. but like i said everyone is so pigheaded about being top dog they dont see past there own eyelashes. they only person and im not saying this because im guilded with him that has attempted to align on equal terms for all parties involved is max but everyone else is like nope we want gear first sorry not going to work like that.

Let's be real, i hold the most cards. Yet all the other guild leaders feel like they do, and that I owe them something. I'll take anyone that wants to get on board with changing the server for the better. All they have to do is mean it.

best advice I can give you is to have a retard convention in teamspeak with you elemtal lite and salem/barcode

Salem bringing 10 people when Fresh brings 30 thinks that they deserve gear first.
Lite bringing 10 people cause lets be real most toons are boxed by him thinks that because 18 hours a day he controls Seb thinks his guys deserve loot first. now granted both sides bring Bis to near Bis chars thats cool but doesnt mean bringing the smaller crew to the table gives you dibs on everything.

fresh adds 30 to the table, azrael adds 25-30 to the table, curse adds 10?, Friends can get about 10-15 also...that's a pretty big force

Out of your 30 (or even your entire guild):
How many have VP keys?
How many have epic?
How many are lvl 60?
How many have resist gear? Or know the appropriate resist checks for roots/snare/blind after tash/malo?
How many maintain a positive k/d?
How many carry pumice/potions?
How many know all the PVE encounters?
How many know their role in mass PVP or even how to use /assist and /targ effectively?
How many are using a decent UI and/or keybinds?
