You guys are psychos, didn't lite literally host an open dragon raid and basically let people loot cloak of flames? I remember seeing Talendor and Sev floating around ready for someone to kill when at the time Holo's bat phone would produce 30~ , whats the deal?

Is Nizzarr worse for the server because he was the most successful in gearing his guild and squashing the opposition to that point that it hurt the server population?

Now that he has been banned, all of the people that could not compete before are playing now. Playing now, and doing all of the same things he was doing.

However, there is something to be said for Lite and the people that have stayed and remained in Azrael - constantly fighting against greater numbers. They truly enjoy pvp, even if they are not as successful when it comes to raiding or recruiting or running a guild.

Nihilum or Holocaust - the strategy is the same. Out recruit, find people who are blue but still like to pvp sometimes, and kill raid mobs when they pop. To pretend they are any different is silly.

I still think Nizzarr is the best raid leader / guild leader, so much so that it sucked the motivation out of opposing guilds / new players. I think he won the server until the GMs needed to find a way to intervene, which at the end of the day maybe added population and gave hope to the people that could not compete previously.

Couldn't disagree more with Nothxu's assessment. How many people were able to lead holocaust when Nizzar was absent? Almost every single time Nizzar took a break, even just to go to a one day MTG tournament, we typically lost every mob to Azrael. He empowered no one else in Nihilum to accomplish anything.

In holocaust there are no less than 10 people who can successfully lead and pull raids for us, including Weta, someone who was not empowered to do anything in Nihilum. The culture is completely different in Holocaust. We sell BP's out of guild at reasonable prices, and even let the other guild Fresh loot VS epic's for free. Could you imagine that ever happening in Nihilum? Heck you couldn't even get that for free as a guild member!

There had been raids leaded by officer in Nihilum. To say we had not been able to make raids because he had some secret knowledge he didn't share with other monks is a bit poor. It is working now without Nizzars secret knowledge? It the truth people had no fun in killing bossmobs without Nizzar, because it was the 1000th kill of trakanon and all were tired of this. When he logged in he brought them to fight against bossmobs and in pvp. Someone got attacked. The guildies had been busy with pained soul, this and that. He always immediately jumped in the fight to help any attacked guildmember so the other ended there activities and joined the fight. They would not have done this without him mostly.
All loot was offered to guild for a reasonable price at the forum homepage. There was no offer to help other guilds though. But that was the same with Azrael who attacked epic mobs and trained epicquests of newbies. Nihilum loved to kill the General to take the loot away from other player outside the guild.
Don't forget to thank Deruabael for his never ending recruiting work on Blue though to make this wonder of 350 player happen.
