Forgot the mobo, case, operating system, etc...
A lotta times you can reuse stuff (especially the case) but that isn't really the discussion so you have to account for it even though its not a big cost. And telling people to pirate an OS to build a cheap machine is pretty dumb. | ||

I have an 8 core running at 4ghz or slightly higher and I actually had to underclock it to 3.6 in order for eq to run, even with the multi-cpu fix etc if you are running over 4ghz you may need to underclock just to get it to work.
