all of the ex Nihilum will go to Vaporize and Holo will fade out 13 13.98%
Some nilly will stay Holo and others will go to Vapo creating 2 crews 22 23.66%
Ex Nilly players will stop playing without a hard core raid / zerg guild available 8 8.60%
The age of little crews will reign on red 99 23 24.73%
Azrael will be left to play alone, and probably quit the server 27 29.03%

There already is.

Azrael and Hokuten leaders both said their recruitment is closed. Also Azrael Hokuten and Holocaust leaders said they would not "be the next zerg" by trying to stay under 25 members.
