The "classic experience" much like most people having one account.... also didn't have every single person recharging midnight mallets and WC gate caps and shit.

In fact there's no comparison to the number when considering the people that multi boxed vs the number of people that knew about item recharging classic-Velious. It needs to go on blue. There's just absolutely no argument for that.

Boxing is another really good example. I think partially due to the free nature of accounts here, but it definitely changes things quite a bit. A ton of people paid for 2+ accounts on EQLive to reap the enormous benefits.

I dunno the classic servers you played on but the entire playerbase wasn't item recharging at vendors.

If someone has the vision of making a server feel as classic as possible things have to be tweaked unfortunately. In my opinion the valid complaints are against changes that the GMs feel make a better server and stray from recreating the game we all came here to play.

I have chat logs of people talking about how Haynar breaks all kinds of shit. I loosely translated that to "waahh I can't be sitting when mobs are pulled".

These bluebie type players are SCUM and will do anything to make it ezmode pixels instead of classic EQ.

The project needs all the Ele's, Nirgons and Daldaens it can get but sometimes stuff does get screwed up and you need a vocal body to say otherwise. The complaints were well justified in regards to sit agro insofar as it caused numerous exploitable scenarios which I detailed in the exploit section.

Server staff getting shit on is one thing - that sickens me but fwiw the project benefits enormously when a broken mechanic brings forward respectful dialogue from both sides. In fact, the best thing to come of that was it got some lazy people off their asses to submit logs or evidence showing what or why a mechanic was broken.
