Exp is good, I can login a few times a week and progress my characters rather or not I can find a group in my range. & when I do see other players my first thought is to cooperate to gain more exp, rather than sending them back to their bind point and potentially cause them to logout.

If you are calling for an exp reduction I suggest you go suck an egg, or have it your way and enjoy playing with those same 100 players who have always been here, because most of the casuals will leave, again.
