3x the other pets regen rate seems about right (various references that the water ele had 'troll regen' and would keep up with people's meditation mana regen in the early 20's.

Telin: do we know whether in-combat regen is the 'normal' 2/4/6hp per tick (depending on level) on p99? It was only out of combat regen that was boosted on water pet as per the sources. Same with the innate boosted regen as of the 39-tier pets, it was only that fast out of combat.
