Nah probably your insane xp bonus to get people to play on the server. There is a reason your server plummets to 30 people online when the xp bonus is gone.

Everyone on the servers wasn't recharging items until around the time it got fixed.

Time for this and spell ducking to go on blue until appropriate times.

Eh, Got a chanter to 54 on Red. Don't know if maybe i just chose the wrong starting class, but from 10-54 i was never able to land spells on even/yellow targets even when debuffed. Maybe these people were twinked? I've heard people say "Twinks ganking people doesn't happen all that often" but i seen first hand that's a load of shit as i did a good amount of pvp from 10-54, group and solo, and my spells landed maybe 30% of the time IF that.

This was before all the changes, mind you. I seem to recall resists being revamped, and the group exp was a great idea, but my time spent on Red ruined it for me to ever go back.

It's not pvp, it's engage someone and if you can't win you zone and plug to avoid YT. Seen it every single day i played my chanter. And god forbid you pvp against one of the many drama queens on Red and win. You'll be blasted in RnF for simply trying to pvp on a pvp server.

I encourage people to give it a shot if they are interested in just trying to ignore the bullshit and just pvp, but don't get drawn in thinking it's going to be this amazing community that only wants to have fun, because it really isn't.

Played Red this weekend. Massive PvP battles between Nilly and Azrael were awesome to watch. Group exp is great so people are foaming at mouth to make groups. Got twenty just messing around in Kurns and FoB. Red community eager to bolster population and are helping new players with plat for spells and some starter gear.

All in all, very positive experience. Reccomend Red99.

I have never been killed by a fungi twink or called a faggot. Granted, I didn't exactly do the Suggested Blue (tm) path to levelling (cb -> unrest -> mm -> com -> kc). Gotta stay off the tracks if you don't wanna get run down by the train.

Contrary to what happens on these here forums, red can be pretty inviting. Met some cool levelling partners and some amazing groups formed.

+ it's kind of nice to have a zone to yourself. UNLIMITED EXPERIENCES
