A few names I remember from Brell.
Minute Rice (changed to Manaslayer) Ernie Keebler, changed by Axgoreth to Relbeek Einre. He kept having other guides and GMs tell him his name needed to be changed until he told them to check his warnings and see who had changed it. That usually shut them up. Moen Faucet, changed to just Moen. | ||

Some halfling in misty was Douche (trying to make Douche Baggins when he hit 20) I think he zoned and had the name constance or prudence or something.
Served him right, and was hilarious to boot after he started ranting about it.

I bet many of those funny names have already been nerfed. My halfling, Dild O'Daggins surely got the name hammer over a year ago. I'd like to meet the idiot who informed on me. What are you some kind of jehovas witness? More likely a 30 year old virgin who is infuriated at the idea of female masturbation.

Anyone who gets offended by a name in Everquest simply /ignore that person and move on if its that big of a deal. If it offends you im going to assume you started playing EQ in 99 when you were in your early 50's now in mid 60's.
With todays technology and how its everywhere and easily accessed, along with how TV shows and news stations have progressed to elaborate on subject matters that would otherwise be considered R/PG-13 back in the day, a basic first name or first/last name combo shouldn't be offending you. If you bother posting here or /petitioning in EQ you literally have no life and don't know what the real life is outside your bedroom walls hovering around your computer playing EQ.
