I'm responding to the people who say "everyone quits cuz too hard"

I'm a cleric and when I leveled up I had a great time. I came from rallos zek and nothing I experienced came even close to grief at all. I leveled to 59 and have probably like 1 actual enemy besides people who just hate item loot so dislike me by proxy.

When I make a character here I can play for hours before seeing another player at all.

And the fact that most of the game is so unpopulated is another consequence of the lack of item loot. There is no reason to stick around at lower levels or PvP at lower levels, so people get to high level and then quit because raiding for a lot of people is just boring.

In contrast with item loot, there would be guys wanting to gank people for their meager pixels, and other guys wanting to gank those gankers for their better pixels. People would do this kind of thing when OOR of top geared nihilum players so that they don't get their butts kicked, so a whole separate community could exist.

I've said it before and it is true, the only people that really suffer with item loot implementation are people who have a lot of fancy gear they want to wear 100% of the time without risk at all to maximize their norrath ego. For everyone else it makes PvP worthwhile. You grind in junk gear and if your afraid you will PvP in junk gear too. If you want to win more than you lose you wear the best you have and you put it on the line in PvP combat. Its cool.

I just want it to be made clear that 2 boxxing won't solve any server problems and will only make level 1-50 (fun part for most people) worse than it already is.

Being max level and raiding isn't where the fun is. That's were the fun ends for a lot of people. Progress is over, nothing to do but spend lots of time dragon hunting. PvP waste of time except when someone gets really mad about it...

2 boxing bad in every respect.

Maybe this server isn't for you if pvp isn't your thing? Being max level and having the option to PvP/Mass PvP or raid or solo/farm stuff for alts is fun. Sounds like blue is your place to go.

I like PvP. I like PvP with risks and rewards even more.

Being able to fight for dragons makes any PvP server 100x better than blue. But it doesn't seem like that's enough for most people.

I'm probably the biggest fan of this server on the forums, I just want it to be all that it can be.

Boxing won't help.

i would really like boxing, especially since i play a main cleric, and dont even have an alt. i play my main during raids and off raid times, for any pvp etc etc

but i think boxing would be overall bad for the server health...

fighting brainz when he 3 boxes in seb over and over is annoying enough, now if everyone was doing that this server would be unplayable
