If you think I'm a TMO fan boy, try this.

Froovy/Internode should never be allowed to play on P99 servers, ever again.

Anyone who extensively traded with them or assisted in doing so from the time of the dupe to know, same deal.

All the port bots/trackers? Stupid to ban them. No real damage is done imo, the punishment is too weak in that regard. How many naked rangers/wizards do you think TMO could power level up to 46 in 2 weeks? I'll wager more than 10... so in that light, the punishment really isn't that severe. The punishment needs to be very severe and in the right places.

Then you get into the people who WEREN'T involved in it that might have asked "hey either of you two, mind moving my char for me?" or "yeah you can use my druid to power level" (etc) that are honestly reasonable people to deal with. Maybe you'll find out some of the names of people who are banned and realize, "hey... they really didn't do anything and weren't a person that was bad for the server's health". Then again, maybe you don't know any of them and are bouncing at the joy of a mobs being left up until 6pm everyday where the fastest guild to arrive still gets it.

Consider your guild has this surprise revelation and what you think would be fair.

Trust me, I'm all for server integrity and permanently removing shit bags from both servers. And I do mean permanently.

I've read your posts for awhile and can appreciate what you say. However, after the new agreement that was put into place last night, and the fact TMO is now out of the picture for a brief period of time, can we at least give it a shot before saying it's destined for failure and will never work?
I'm giving it a shot right now. Try the calendar. It would be fair in the sense that everyone gets a chance to do things. See how everyone feels about it.

I'll tell you this though as far as Rogean's comment on a Velious without raid gear, and I think the GMs will back me on this.

If he says he's going to do something like that, and you disrespect him. He'll actually do it.

And guess what? After he does it? He won't be in touch for another 8-15 months because he's busy with other shit. No matter how sorry both ends are, his PM box is just going to be full and he's training for some technical cert or is in Vegas at some EQ thing and... frankly just won't be bothered spending even more time reversing something very time consuming that he's just implemented.

So you are perfectly fine with a small group of people taking advantage of a imperfect system to gain huge advantage at the expense of the remainder of the population even though said small group knew it was not the right thing to do?

Just want to make sure that I understand correctly that you don't care because rules are rules and if the rules are wrong you can't be held responsible for it.

Make the raid calendar and prove me wrong
They already have an agreement in place that should improve the raiding environment here. I don't know if this agreement will work out in the long term, but I give them credit for at least trying something. I'm not sure why you think a raid calendar has to be used rather than some other form of agreement.

I see. You think you know better than the collective guild leaders about what the guilds will find to be a good agreement. The leaders got together and made an agreement. You don't think it will work and are now shitting on it any chance you get, while proposing a system that pretty much 0 of the guild leaders think would be a good idea. Are you upset you weren't consulted before they came to this agreement? Is that why you're all over these forums with this nonsense?
