You can't call someone a pussy because they aren't willing to play this game 12 hours a day to lead a guild. You can criticize a guild you are in if it deserves it. If Lite is making a call and then Agatha tells others to camp, going against it, the guild has a problem.

You blame Nihilum for allowing Agatha in the guild instead of insulting Agatha for joining the guild? That's laughable. Nihilum doesn't care who joins because they will control Agatha and tell it exactly what to do, giving it no input. The problem with Agatha in Azrael is that it had input. They will just use Agatha to farm pixels for themselves for the next couple months. They have nothing to lose by letting... pretty much anyone in the guild, because they have a core that listens to their leader, who is organized and knows the game.

You can't be successful and not take recruits that are willing to raid on this server. You can however control druggie addicts and tell them what to do. Letting them call the shots in your guild is an obvious mistake.

One guild allows a druggie to help run it, another tells the druggie when to log on and what button to press. There is a big difference in how you use a druggie for good.
