not on red at least
here it's coded differently than live lol like everything else, lands like it did during this era but the interrupt is wacky.

If you land it from 1-75% of the total spell's cast time it will interrupt, your opponent will almost always regain if it lands near 25% to the end of the spell's total cast time.
