Well, I personally don't care about subs for online play, as long as there are dedicated servers, and MS is the only one to announce that they are bringing up 300k, yes 300,000, more servers, for XBox Live, solely for the Xbox One.

imho: if microsoft was targeted they'd be hacked in no time. psn has many more subscribers world wide which would lead to more potential numbers to sell, and them less likely to be patterned due to the globalization.

Wrong, at the time of the Sony debacle in question the number of PSN subscribers was roughly 2/3 of the number of Xbox live subscribers. Nice try though. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Pick your poison. Does it really matter? In the end they will be pretty close to being the same. It will all come down to the specific games that you feel you HAVE to play and whether they are exclusive or not. I'm sure there will be some type of incentive if you get xbox live gold or whatever they call it these days to bring the system price more in line with the PS4.
