![]() How is your face totally not skeletored out at this point? I lose 5 lbs and my cheeks cave in. I've decided, despite the uncomfortably high number on the scale, I look ok and am more fixated on maintaining the weight I've lost. I figure if I can keep this weight for a month or two longer, I can lower my body's weight set point. Really wish we knew more about set point theory, or how to change it more specifically. Time is my best guess. -23 lb since last Oct. No real change for a month.
