What you're describing is called "super gross attempt at sex change fantasy" aka "Gender Reassignment Surgery"
The end result is basically an outhouse, it has no indoor plumbing. Real vaginas have natural chemical processes that clean the cavity over time, as well as discharges which release soils, contaminants and otherwise nasty things.
You fail to mention that The penis is sliced lengthwise into several strips, and then inverted. The depth of the cavity will be about 1/3 the length of the original penis, so unless you were a male porn star, your partner is gonna be very serious about "Just the tip", with no natural lubrication either.
A real vagina self lubricates and can take a penis thru the vagina and cervix then into the uterus. The natural depth of a real vagina is roughly 6"
