Hey so guys I landed my house roughly 15% under market and sold 30% above market.

More land. More equity. Lower payment. Worked a private sale. Get out there and work it.

Fruits of my labor to come. Only 40MBs out here.

idk bout you guys but I remember in the 80s all the tv commercials about joining a reale state class, or buying videos, to learn the secret trick to making money in real estate!

all these testimonials of like, poor people with big fat checks in their hands. "In the first year after my program, I made $150,000." "I made 50,000 after 1 year of this amazing course."

And then I remember over time people sharing the secret, and it becoming a non secret, and realizing the secret was: buy a shity house paint it then sell it!

Then we had the next 20 years of huge growth and then the housing market collapsed.

Now we're here. Wonder what happens next!

So maybe get all their renters to stop paying rent at the same time and force a company to foreclose on 80k houses or take massive losses while they can't get enough cops to evict the 260k people at the exact same time over the course of several months.

So how this scheme collapses is anyones guess.

Ban the Chinese from owning property

It’s a start (not even joking, no foreigner from a non-democracy should be allowed to own American property while maintaining citizenship / residence overseas)

Also, Airbnb should be banned

Try again, sorry bud. Savvy investing and being open to moving is more accurate. We put less than 5k into our house and made mega bucks. Don't be so bitter.
