i am going to buy some DUMB BELLS for my home b/c i could do arms a lot more and going to the gym specifically for arms is kind of annoying to me

Check out some of the ways prisoners work out. May be able to save a few bucks.

examples
Burpees, dips, fill a sheet or garbage bag with some weight and use that as a free weight. a bunch of magazines in a bundle for example.

A towel is an awesome piece of equipment for this kinda stuff.. Hammer curling the towel and having somebody pull down hard on the negative. Slow controlled negative..

Also taking the towel and pulling at each end, then do like chest press motion while pulling at each end.. all while standing [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I would check whatever buy/sell site you prefer whether it be craigslist / letgo / facebook market etc. to find some of this equipment instead of paying full price. You can get most of this shit cheap from folks who buy it and come to the conclusion that working out just isn't going to work out for them.
