Lots of reasons, but the simplest is because deliberate design is obvious in nature and ourselves. So I know our Creator is aware at minimum, as opposed to the delusional belief that everything was produced by nothing but blind and random chaos.

By following the paths of reasoning. From deliberate design we can conclude that whatever made the universe deliberately, with a will or a mind, must have awareness and thus have knowledge, wisdom, power, etc. And that we can refer to Him as God, without implying gender, our Creator, Lord of the worlds, be He Glorified. Allah is just the Arabic word for God. And God is too Great for a single personal name. Its the concept of Tawheed / monotheism.

That doesn't make sense. God created everything including the mathematics that govern the universe, even if humans are ignorant and have the opportunity to discover it, God willing.
