When you pay a bond you’re paying 10% so DBG drops the $100k and then the injunction happens (server is turned off)

Im tellin you guys somehow this is going to result with THJ owning everquest and them immediately filing a lawsuit against quarm.

Well, that case is pretty much finished. I think the real question is how much does THJ owe Daybreak? THJ said they were pulling in $20k a week, so that's a decent amount of cash.

I said this was about the money from the beginning and I was right. The court docs show that. THJ has no real defense other than trying to pretend they are a regular emulator, but the court is not buying that defense. So, unless THJ can pull off something very unique, they're done next week.

Well, it was fun while it lasted. The writing was on the wall though and I stopped playing as soon as it turned into IRL Lawyerquesting because of what was likely coming. I do wonder what DBG's legal strategy will be when the next progression server flops. Maybe they'll go directly after EQEmu?
