working to break this chest plateau.

do u boys think it's possible to go up from 125 bench press only doing chest focus once a week?

i haven't got the motivation to be indoors gym much more than that during summer here

Yes. I go up in chest, not really in incline though. Do flies (I like cables), dumbbells, incline, decline, and dips. Mead could probably give you a better regimen, but I do that stuff + push-ups and chest press, changing up the routine fairly often. It works for me.

I only do chest once a week. Actually doing chest right now. You just need some solid footwear and a good routine.

OK thanks bud. I've just been doing Flat bench, incline bench, 2 or 3 variations of cable flies. i'll incorporate dips next week. is there any reason to try and double up on flies using both cable and dumb bell?

When i get home I’ll send you my brothers routine. He’s really increased his bench with it. He’s pushig 355 bench and climbing after a couple of months with it. He only does bench once a week as well.
