I'm confused by the 'AM doesn't do golems' stuff.

I often see AM doing golems.

Is it just an closed circle doing the golems without crediting it as a guild activity so they don't have to share the loot / can charge guildmates for the privilege of the loot?

I assume officers / leaders aren't involved, because as a guild leader you want to be seen as putting the guild first, and not using the guild only for when it benefits the leadership?
