If you're going to eat beans or other legumes (or lentils) make sure you soak them properly to reduce the amount of antinutrients and phytic acid you consume. Ideally your diet should consist of mostly vegetables. If you eat meat get some good quality grass fed beef and like wild caught fish low in mercury.
