Is it just me, or would this forum be a better place if the admins just started banning new accounts from anyone who had accrued a certain number (2? 3?) of bans.

I know there's no way to stop shit posters from creating new accounts, but they tend to be pretty distinctive in their posting and there's nothing stopping the admins from using that to just "perma-ban" losers who consistently show they can't act with basic human decency (which is pretty much all these forums require: the bar is set low).
