Snackies was spam hailing Dain when Eratani tagged him at the well. Could have pulled anytime but I'm sure Getsome wanted petition fodder instead of pixels.

in other other news, its getting old hearing about 'stalling' from guilds that are not literally set up to pull. In the real Norrathian world, when such a claim is made the accuser is implying that the offender is keeping the mob occupied purposely away from their pull team extending the initial engage but not actively bringing it to camp. So many times when people call 'stall' or 'kite' they barely have anyone even in position to tag the mob and are usually just watching it with BS frapsing with no intention to bring in a mob to the camp. If you call a stall and the mob isnt then tagged immediately upon the other guild dropping aggro, then you were not prevented from doing anything and thusly are crying wolf.

Stalling is stalling, whether or not another guild is in place to pull.

Erati , Aftermath ate a 1 week ban due to a "kite" on Klandi (even though it wasn't) with no other guild in zone to contest. So I would re evaluate your views on a Dain stall.

1/24 Forsaken kites/stalls on Klandicar at northern scar of WW while their raid force zones out of ToV, then proceeds to kill.

Not sure if this is what you are referencing. I know you have very strong evidence supporting it was a wrongful suspension such as "even though it wasn't"... but I dont see these situations as comparable.

Reduce all raid target respawn to 2 hours. Remove all raid rules.

Would save everyone a huge amount of time and effort.

Or bring back a C/R rotation with a bag limit. By elite guilds setting up 'rotations' on entire elite keyed zones and '24 hour FTEs' on specific targets, all that does is forces all guilds into direct competition on the remaining mobs.
