I got the overhaste earring from Quarm last night. Some folks were like wtf, you always have a bard in group....as i sat in a bardless group cuz we used em for the tank/healer groups instead lol

pretty much. you hail a fish guy and it gives your raid an instance of the zone that only you can enter by talking to said fish guy. you just make x separate raids, do x hails and each raid has its own instanced zone to clear.
