Speaking of genetics, there’s some theories floating around that some chemicals introduced in utero causes parts of the brain to become more like the opposite gender, similar to the chemicals in utero theory for autism

I am not sure if I believe it, because it stresses this as a recent phenomenon, but transgenders have been around a fairly long time, just not at these numbers. Remember before they were called transvestites, which I guess is considered a slur now. I only mention it as a historical reference here btw, not trying to get banned

They routinely conflate what is being said and what they can make an easier argument for. Kids being conditioned is the issue. Pretending that hormone therapy isn’t causing irreparable changes is beyond foolish.

I'm not sure about this, back in Roman/Greek times they was fucking everybody, boys, girls, boygirls, eunuchs, man ass. During The Year of the Three.. Four? Emperors, several different prospective Emperors fought over the same castrated femboi as a signifier of right to rule. Til the Christians came along

Kids who feel gay or identify with the other gender have always been around. There is no conditioning. Remember those anti-gay camps setup by Christians? Those never worked. Sexual preference is not conditionalized.

Teaching kids about reproduction or the fact there is nothing wrong with being transgender doesn’t make more transgender kids. They have always been there. It is simply education leading more importantly to tolerance.

It is tolerance of transgenders, like it increasingly came for gays, that makes Christian’s feel threatened and want it stopped. I find it ludicrous Christian feel gay or transgenders threat the numbers of their base simply because they believe it goes against their almighty Bible.

Maybe the reason the pope embraced LGBTq was because he knew if the Christian belief continued down the path of hate towards these groups the religion would die out faster than it already is.

The entire premise is ridiculous. You can't "feel like a woman" in a man's body because you aren't a woman. You have nothing to compare it to. It's like saying you feel like a swede born into the body of a german.

And I don't really care what eccentric people choose to do with their lives, provided it doesn't harm anyone else. The problem arises when you start putting male sex offenders in women's prisons because they "identify" as women. Or sports. Or locker rooms. Or bathrooms. It's batshit crazy and we're supposed to accept it why?

Uh he said it's a sin but shouldn't be criminalized in modern secular society.

The Holy Apostolic church is in schism as to whether the latter should be allowed to exist.
