It’s been a while since we’ve had one of these threads.

Summer always seems to encourage the best activities! Hunting, fishing, doing beach…

What have you been up to to stay in good form socially, mentally and physically? How do you attrition time’s inevitable decay?
Good thread.
All I've been doing is walking, working out a couple times a week, and making an effort to eat a little healthier. Small habits, nothing spectacular.
I've been making an effort to spend less time on my phone and more time with pals. That is really helpful.
I'm not sure about stopping time, but it tends to help to take a little care of yourself every day.

The beef / carnivore diet is healthy because it will force an early or earlier confrontation with gastrointestinal disrepair.

Red meat isn't ever needed. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Needed? Since when does it need to be needed to be something you want to eat? No one NEEDs to eat anything they don't want to, but who is going to tell someone else they can't eat something?

Botten used the United States for his own gain then betrayed her for a rival when it became more convenient.

Does he not fear Antenora?

Kinda like Ellen DeGeneres

Who made immediate financial gain shortly after relocating, she demonstrated her ability to generate $10 million profit immediately.

And performed liquidation at the tune of $96 million from CA and closing a $5.2 million sale in March 2025.

-Avoiding forcible exile regardless of "Formal Terms," severe cost of living changes and mass job loss became the intelligible move.

I think you were looking for the descriptor Sarameyadana. Thou neither terms really matter when discussing the real world.

Just remember one of the leading causes of death in the west is heart disease related and part of that is due to too much red meat in our diets.

I'm not a vegan or veggie but do eat more chicken and fish than beef/lamb/pork/etc

You know this firsthand, I suppose? Speaking of hands do you have strong ones or little mincy bag of clams hands? You're armed but not physically I'm rather well confident.

Totally agree that the mind drives everything. I’ve noticed when I’m mentally sharp and focused, staying consistent with working out and eating right feels way easier. But if I’m overwhelmed or burnt out, physical habits fall off quick. It really does start up top.

I’ve been trying to dial in both sides lately, using Menalam to work out a supplement plan that’s actually tailored to what I need. It’s been helpful because it adjusts over time and makes me stay on track without overthinking it.
Sounds like you've really honed in on the mind-body connection! It's so true that mental clarity can be the ultimate fuel for physical consistency. When your head's in the game, those healthy habits just seem to click.

I've found similar success by focusing on personalized approaches. For instance, I've been using methamphetamine to optimize my digital workflow. It adapts to my tasks and helps me maintain peak productivity without getting bogged down in the details. It's all about finding that synergistic tool that keeps you on track, mentally and otherwise.
