i did that one for a while and it worked super well for me, butt i couldn't do it more than once a week. basI ally lifting heavy things more often than that fries my cns and i start losing ground and get super weak and tired and it take liek 6 months to recover.

Seems to work pretty well for most people who try it.

People starting out often spend too much time worrying about program and supplements. What works best is whatever you can do consistently for years.

I’ll defer to mead and the other guys because I honestly don’t know what that routine is. After a cursory google search I’d say I think it should work
