A lot of times ppl are out of control for reasons that'll kill them anyway. Like they ODd on drugs. Are insane and stroking out. Rabid. Not surprised people that really need ketamine die. Hit their head. Are hitting themselves in the head. Got hit in the head fighting other people. Etc..

My worst panic attacks, anxiety attacks that needed an Ativan would easily have killed someone in simply bad shape.
