Back to the super-important matter at hand - your interaction with BDA was saying something in /say about you being in fear first - some random necro tells you to fuck off - you leave and stew for a month. The communication wasn't great on either side, but I can understand why you would leave upset. If you had let us know what you were after, we would have let you have a shot. I bet we still would, even after you made this bullshit crybaby thread about guildies looking out for a linkdead friend.

I will admit I have not heard about this mysterious LD enchanter. If he was there at the start of the fight then I'll take back what I said about this particular encounter (I'm still mad at you guys over Fear). OTOH, if he was there, why didn't I hear about him? I know zero details on the Verina encounter besides this thread. Regardless, I don't get your hate over fear. I know what you do with the solo challenges, but everyone doesn't. You didn't ask to speak to someone in charge of the fear raid to tell them you were after a golem, but got mad because a guild wanted to raid fear while you were soloing? I'm pretty confident that if you had mentioned you were after a golem, one would have been left for you.

Lor - you have posted 20+ times in this thread but you're telling me that you exchanged minimal dialogue with some non raid leader "necro" and instead of speaking with someone else (rl) you decided to leave with a chip on your shoulder? I have always respected your abilities and was genuinely sad to see you leave VD but this thread and the misinformation / anger over what seems to be a lot of misunderstandings saddens me.

Sadad, you guys keep projecting this hugely raging emotional state on me. No one who is raging calls his enemies hamsters like I did on the first page of this thread. I am not mad; I am simply calling you guys out on the vast number of unpleasant interactions I have had with your guild over the past month in the hope that you will stop them. This thread has simply proven to be another as every one in your guild has come in flaming with the exception of Metallikus. In fact I smell a guild gag order to keep your trolls from embarrassing themselves further.

And yes, after that fear raid I made a mental note to speak to a raid leader next time. But the point remains: I was in fear first, you guys showed up to ninja it, I pointed out that I was there, one of your guildmembers told me to fuck off, and I walked off in disgust. It's not a good showing for BDA no matter how you try spin it. And speaking of raid leaders, why weren't you guys paying attention to chat?

As for the current super-important matter at hand. I think stalling on these racing type mobs is a fairly douche move. If your enchanter happened to go LD in the middle of the fight, well tough cookies. That's the cutthroat competition on an EQ server. Except that I don't play by those rules and I'd be willing to give you guys a pass on that (like how we mqed your cleric our ragefire heart rather than selling it) but unfortunately I have just talked to two of my guildmates who were on the scene more/beforehand and neither of them saw Froggie. OTOH they weren't there the whole time either. So I think I reacted fairly based on the evidence I had; and I still don't know that you guys aren't making the whole thing up to save face.

This thread is what it is, but dude you honestly made this statement? How can anyone look at you seriously after saying a guild going into a raid/guild oriented zone ninja'd it from a single person, really? You might be able to claim a gear/xp camp solo, but not an entire plane that's just crazy talk.

In the same post you call a guild out for being dicks for entering a raid zone when 1 person was soloing it, and then turn around and pull the "cutthroat competition on an EQ server" card for stalling out the death timer of a single mob so a linkdead player could loot it. You can't have it both ways. You can't call out much respect for tmo's end game raiding propaganda and in the same breathe condem bda for abiding by server rules. We are so sorry that your solo mission was interupted by a raid force clearing the zone for armor drops.

No one has even brought up the fact that you raged out and interfered in the encounter by nuking verina while it was at 5% in an attempt to get the item to rot before our guild member arrived. What excuse for this clearly against the rules and also douche behavior do you have for yourself?
