Yea I banned I think over 100 accounts yesterday for RMT related stuff. Some of them may have been legitimate transactions, but they were all linked to known RMT traffickers (What do you think they do with the hundreds of thousands of platinum you spent for that character? yea...). So we have to verify the stories before we will release the accounts.

Ok so verify the stories and unban the people who do not deserve to be banned... How are we supposed to know if the platinum someone gives us for a deal is from RMT or a legit transaction... before banning people, I wish you would talk to them.. Don't just ban and then when they post for answers, ignore them... I have been trying to get my issue resolved for days.. I posted twice on forums under petition and not one response...
