YT would help eliminate some of the blatant lying about what really happens in PvP, especially on the forums. So for that reason alone I think it's worth a shot. As for the zone being part of the message, it doesn't matter one way or the other. Besides, nothing is permanent, right?! you can always change or remove it if it causes problems.

Except showing what zone it is in is not nessessary, let the players communicate with each other for that info.

Put in YT, but dont give zone. Its easy enough for players to find out, and anything and everything that encourages player interaction and communication should be encouraged.

Leaderboards: no
Teams: way too late and way too small a pop for that, we have a good enough "good vs evil" / "griefer vs anti-griefer" going on already anyways.

the more incentives are given, the more people come. yea, people can abuse the system but for this we have our gm-staff. just ban them once and they wont do it again.

Teams would be cool. Like 2 teams, not 5. But, at this stage in the server, is it really an option? I mean guilds are made and players are in them.

Yellow text? I'm indifferent really. I don't consider it necessary, but as a tournament UT player, it's not completely bad. If it was added, I don't think zone names should be mentioned. Are the majority of people wanting it due to pvp spam, or for zone info?

Item loot would be great, if XP loss was removed...

It would make PVP fun, more dangerous, but not revoking time spent into exping.

I wouldn't mind trying Yellow Text and seeing how the trolls take to it.

Leaderboards would be awesome to attract people to the fun that is PVP... Leaderboards are very much classic.

You could always have YT without disclosing the location. Theres several ways it could be done.

Aside from YT, the other highly proposed feature was hot zones which give some sort of bonus and would encourage battling over zone control.

That or you'd have to install some sort of feature like the "face changer" where everyone would have a one time edit to their race. Teams just doesn't make sense. People complain about not enough pvp, but immediately you're losing 50% of the potential pvp. Besides, I like to reserve the right to kill people of all races, esp mellowyellow.
