Tracking is abysmal. Though Sev's not too bad since you can just sit on his spawn point as opposed to hitting track every 10 seconds for 96 hours. WTB classic server repops.

I enjoy high end competition in EQ, so TMO isn't going to be jumping into any rotations. We currently want a guild to compete against, yet we don't want to be the guild that IB/VD was.

I don't think it's such a bad thing to share raid targets with the other guilds that we like. Obviously we're not going to share them all because we worked hard to get to this point. However, if everyone is enjoying it - I would like to have at least one to two targets a week that you can all look forward to killing.

Think whatever you want of our motives, but we're nice to our friends and we are not nice to scum like VD.

Wow... just... and you wonder how normal German citizens were convinced to take up arms against the world and put over 7 million Jews into a walk-in furnace or gas chamber.

You know what's ironic? Germany is one of our greatest allies today.

Honestly, do the world a favor and think before you type your Nazi rhetoric.

I don't remember Zee using swastikas in place of letters... but I could be wrong.

I think you need to look up the definition of rhetoric. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

i've actually petitioned multiple times for all former and current VD members to be outfitted with distinctive yellow armbands so we can tell them apart. alas, I keep getting ignored [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

So basically you play this game to beat other people. A 13 year old game, where all the strategies are known and your primary advantage consists of your playtime. And when you do beat a guild your plan is twist the knife in them as much as possible.

Honestly I just find your approach to EQ mindboggling. Are you aware the EQ is not by nature a competitive, PVP game but a cooperative, PVE game? I think your entire guild would be a lot happier if you moved to Red where you can compete against other players directly and where all this competition stuff you spout would make far more sense.

You can reiterate this as many times as you want but believe me TMO members have many mental blocks to prevent themselves from acknowledging this reality. Hopefully someday we'll get through to them. In the meantime, they provide quality forum entertainment for a few lulz before bed.

Gonna enlighten you on this

I get several tells a day especially since we started offering dragons of people from BDA, Divinity, and Bregan wanting to know the strat used to pull tank and take down said dragons. So your comment here doesnt hold water. Yes its a 12 year old game but one that many people didnt have prior experience with raiding or have forgotten the strats used to kill these dragons.

I would retort with the fact that each guild/player has their own ways of playing EQ. If they want to make it competive thats how we like to play the game. Mindless killing of raid targets for us is easy. We can do that all day. The thrill of racing for a raid target and strat advantages makes the game for us. Not say it has to be that way all the time but thats how we like to play it.

I guess you never played sports and talked shit aye? Really thats not what we are about. Although we do talk some shit from time to time its all in fun and not meant to twist any knives. For the most part all of TMO even stealin and Tiggles are good sports and great players who like the reaction of the masses. Thats how they play the game and what makes it fun for them. What we dont like is a guild that rides coat tails into the raiding scene then demands that we share mobs. That will get you no where with TMO.

Lets face it. Each guild has their own agenda and own ways of making the game fun for themselves. We are not without that exception. We want other guilds to step up and learn the mobs so that one day you too can feel the pride in beating out another guild because you did it right the first time.

We can kill dragons all day uncontested but that gets boring. Doing it in the heat of a race or battle with another guild for FTE makes it much more interesting. Its a chess match for us.

WHATS YOUR NEXT MOVE?

Your guild is a victim of its own success. You have assimilated or run off pretty much everyone who has the desire to bat-phone, poop-sock and park for mobs. You are now asking a mostly casual playing player base to step up and play the way you guys desire in the game of who can log in first and engage. I don't see the masses changing their play style for you guys. Those who have your play style will probably just submit an application to your guild because that's the easy way for them to accomplish their goals.
