XP isn't too bad. It isn't like WoW where a decent player will get 20 levels in 5 hours, but it's not EQ/Classic DAoC levels. There is a LOT of travelling across planet for quests, until you get Sprint/Speeder you will be numlocking +alt tab for quite a bit.
